Blockchain Project For Land registration-The UK has already implemented Blockchain technology into its national land registry and is now starting a new phase within its Blockchain project with ongoing blockchain research activity.
The HM land registry wants to bring a platform for users. Where they will be able to store land registration information and streamline the process. Which is for buying and selling of properties. The HM land registry is partnering with Blockchain company methods.
Last year HM Land Registry began its research project entitled: “Dubbed Digital Street”, and now wants to expand its research activity with the addition of a “Buy and Sell” process. The agency stated that it hoped to store more “granular information” using a blockchain platform.
Blockchain Project For Land registration-Graham Farrant, Chief Executive of HM Land Registry stated on Tuesday that the agency wants to excel at “speed, ease of use and an open approach to data” and aims to become “the world’s leading land registry”:
“Partnering with methods will be the new phase of reaching our goal. Exploring new technologies like blockchain and it can help us to develop faster. This is a simple and cheaper land registration process”, Added Farrant.
David Rutter added that the company is looking forward to working with the world’s most well-recognized land registry. He added that the technology has huge potential. Which makes transactions more efficient. They want to work closely with the land registry to “turn this potential into reality”.
