According to the announcement, approximately half a million Oracle clients now have access to the Hydrogen APIs to create apps for:

Blockchain firm Hydrogen now available on Oracle Cloud Marketplace. Hydrogen claims its technology can simplify the development of blockchain-based lending and financial services known as ‘decentralized finance’ or ‘DeFi’.

Hydrogen further said that it also has documentation listed on the Oracle Apiary developer platform and is available through the Oracle Digital Innovation Platform for Financial Services.
